Teen Yoga - Series

Teen years are full of change - physically, emotionally, and socially. Teen Yoga offers a safe, supportive space where young people can explore movement, mindfulness, and self-expression. It's more than just stretching; it's a powerful tool to build confidence, manage stress, and improve focus. In our teen yoga classes, participants learn how to connect with their bodies and breathe through challenges. Whether dealing with school pressure, social dynamics, or just everyday teen life, yoga can help them find a healthy outlet and a sense of inner peace. Designed to be fun, and no experience necessary!
Ages 11-14

Usually runs as a 4-week series. This month will be 3 weeks due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
