Flow to Slow Classes

Flow to Slow is the perfect blend of invigorating movement and deep relaxation. Class begins with a dynamic, breath‑linked vinyasa flow to build warmth, strength, and mobility. As the practice unfolds, we gradually slow the pace, transitioning into longer‑held, grounding postures that allow the body to release tension and the mind to settle.

ABOUT ME


I possess a creative spirit, a deep passion for the mind-body connection, and a genuine desire to foster meaningful relationships. With my background in Recreation Therapy, extensive yoga practice, and a rich history in dance, I provide my students with a unique, holistic approach to wellness and movement.

My yoga classes are carefully crafted to help you reconnect with your true self through the power of breath (pranayama) and movement (asana). Each session offers more than just physical exercise—it’s an opportunity to release the stress of everyday life, cultivate inner peace, and create lasting mental and physical strength. I aim to foster a welcoming and supportive environment where students can deepen their practice, nurture their well-being, and feel empowered both on and off the mat. Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, every class is a space for growth, connection, and balance.

Room to Grow – Nestled in the heart of Auguston, this quaint, intimate studio is ideal for one‑on‑one sessions and small group classes. Its cozy atmosphere creates the perfect setting for focused, personalized practice.

Sumas Mountain Wellness – A true dream come to life. Your journey begins as you wind your way through the peaceful roads of Sumas Mountain, arriving at the gates of a stunning property that radiates calm, serenity, and a warm welcome. The studio holds up to 15 students and overlooks a magnificent garden, offering an inspiring view as you move through your practice.

Sumas Mountain Hike & Yoga

Immerse yourself in nature and mindfulness with our Monthly Hike & Yoga on Sumas Mountain. One Sunday a month at 7 AM, meet us at the top of Harvest Road to begin our journey up the mountain. Once we reach the summit, we'll pause for a one-hour hatha yoga & meditation class, surrounded by breathtaking views and the tranquility of nature. Hoping to start Fall of 2025
